New official TV2003 update
November 12 2008 2.20 pm
If you are using Vista with Service Pack 1 you should install it. If your platform is XP or Windows 2000, download it with TitleVision Tool. If you are a Vista user, mail us and get a link.
Server back to normal
November 11 2008 3.20 pm
Let's hope it stays that way
Makeshift solution available
November 10 2008 10.25 pm
At 9 pm we phoned Cybercity and told them that the problem was not solved. Almost everybody had gone home and they can't begin to help us again till 9 am tomorrow morning.
Our patience has come to an end, so now we have made a temporary hack for the program that solves the problem, until Cybercity puts some competent people on the job, Hopefully that will happen tomorrow, but we won't bet our lives on it.
If you need to register or unregister, please send us a mail, and we'll mail you an update with the makeshift solution.
If you want to download one of our free programs or update TV2003, please mail us about it.
Again we apologize for this mess.
Server problem part X: A New Hope
November 10 2008 3.35 pm
This just arrived from our contact at Cybercity: "We have been promised that it will be fixed today." We are holding our breath.
Server problem: Worst case scenario
November 10 2008 3.00 pm
The Cybercity crowd has promised to fix the problem today, but their DNS server is only updated once a day, so maybe the TitleVision server will not be running till tomorrow. We are very sorry about this, but can't really do anything about it but wait.
All very very quiet on the ISP front
November 10 2008 1.00 pm
We have been phoning and mailing Cybercity all morning and all they can say is that the server allocation problem "hopefully will be fixed soon". Sorry.
Server trouble again
November 10 2008 10.30 am
After having functioned with the new IP address all weekend, the ip DNS pointer is suddenly back to the old IP and no one gets through on the new server. Our ISP, Cybercity, is working on it. They say it's probably back to normal by 1 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Everything back to normal serverwise
November 9 2008
This weekend has been one big waste of time, but now it works again.
TitleVision server running again
November 7 2008
The server ip adress has now been moved to another computer, but expect up to 24 hours' delay for it to work everywhere. It is still not possible to download programs from our site or update TV2003, but registration/unregistration should work - if not now, then tomorrow, Saturday. The other problems will hopefully be solved during the weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience.
TitleVision server down
November 7 2008
The server computer has crashed and needs to be replaced. It is not possible to download programs, update or register/unregister till this is done. Hopefully the server will be running again later today. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Servicepack 1 (SP1) for Vista buggy
July 28 2008
If you get "floating point" errors when using TV2003, this is the reason. The bug affects Delphi programs, and Microsoft doesn't seem to care.
We already have solved the problem, but the new version is still being beta tested. It will be released soon, however.
If you can't wait for the official release, please mail us, and we'll give you the beta.
